• When Lar and I were bunheads, Asian dancers in American ballet companies were few and far between. So we’re loving the new Gap ads featuring Yuan Yuan Tan.
• I love getting to explore homes online – especially ones that aren’t done by interior designers. This is one super special house tour.
• I might be a little biased towards this organization since I sit on the board, but I think fighting poverty with great music is brilliant. For those of you in the Asheville area, come out to the show next weekend!
• Parkour dogs! Enough said.
• Discovering local performing art groups makes me giddy. Have any of my fellow Atlantans heard of Peach State Opera? They’re performing this September at GPC!
• Atlanta is finally getting a Topshop! (Don’t laugh, Lar. I know you’re just a 5 minute bus ride away from your giant, local TopShop)
• Lar and I are super excited about this new show. We loved her in The Office and can’t wait to see her shine on her own.
Ooo I just love the Yuan Yuan ad, Kitcath! I haven’t been that excited about Gap ads since they used old clips of Audrey for their black pants.
We have to go see the Peach State Opera at some point — I think more accessible opera can be (not just a fancy ‘do for the wealthy — the better).

OH EM GEEEEE. That house, Cath. That house! I now want a conversation salon when I get to decorate my own house. Maybe I’ll have 2. And his garden is jut a beauty! So many pretty things I would love to jut ogle forever.

I was a bun head, too! I loved painting my point shoes fun colors to match my tutus. Now I want to dig a few pair out to wear with my Gap jeans! 🙂
Me too! Lar and I were in a performance where we wore blue unitards and had to match our pointe shoes. The unitards were hideous, but I love my shoes!
