I always hate when Cath has conferences in other cities and leaves for a few days. It’s not that we see each other that often even though we live together (our schedules never seem to align), but I always feel better when I know she is right by me in Decatur/Atlanta somewhere.
The only good thing about Cath’s business trips? She brings back great goodies for me (such a sweet sistah! Thanks, KitCath!).
Her latest trip was to Miluakee (see her post here). She brought back this wonderful fringe-y scarf. It’s just getting cold (okay, cool) enough in Atlanta to start layering and I love the colors that run through it (I think it matches the Ghanaian flag).
The cheerful fringe breaks up the gray monotone of my outfit.
Scarf from the lovely Cath, dress from Old Navy, belt from Asos (via a give-away on Anywhere But Here :), booties from H&M.
I forget the store Cath got the scarf from, but Cath and I found it on Moxsie the other day. Get yours here!
Super cute! I love how the scarf covers your bust. It makes the dress more modest somehow even though it’s short and cinched. Great look! And love that sassy fringe!
Love the fringe. It adds such a nice texture to a relativly simple outfit.

Beautiful scarf!
What a SWEET sister! I miss my sissy and my cousins too now.
Hi there-the scarf is a lovely gift and goes great with the grey dress too!
I like the pattern on the scarf and especially those boots! I can’t believe they’re from H&M. Must buy ASAP!
Totally sweet 🙂 I love the boots!
really cool scarf!
i love the colors!
Aww I need my sister to go on business trips so she can buy me pretty things!!! No fair! That scarf is hot, especially with those shoes, that I cannot believe are H&M! Hot!
Wonderful scarf! I love multicolor scarves as they kind of allow you to have fun with colors, while keeping the rest of your outfit strict and monochrome. I did this a lot when I had a regular job and could not dress too crazy. 🙂
GREAT scarf!! What a nice sis you have 🙂
What a sweet sister, and what a marvelous scarf!
this scarf is amazing!!! great colors
Mmmm! Ghanaian colors. So perfect for this time of year (for some reason that I refuse to analyze).
the colors of that scarf are brilliant!! I’m a scarf fiend so I definitely need to stock up on something similar for the fall season!
looking good hawtstuff! the lash extensions do curl so you wouldn’t have to. they are amazing. i wish i was so lucky to have more Caucasian features 😀 but then my eyes make me more unique then the masses, so i embrace my VERY asian eyes, more asian than most asians 😀 LOL
I’ve seen a couple of bloggers now absolutely ROCK the super-fringe neck scarf, and now I desperately want/need one. Oh, and those boots? I DIE.
it is so cute!!!
The booties are gorgeous!!!
Great gift, I love the colors of your scarf.
Kisses Lar’s!
WOW! The scarf is so beautiful. Lucky you that you get such a nice gift! My husband is on a trip right now. Let´s see if I am that lucky too.

She’s a good sister!
Cuteeee fringe! I don’t like this dreary weather! I think it’s giving me SAD.
Why I can’t have an awesome twin sister who buys me stuff. sigh. The universe plays cruel tricks, y’know. 🙂
You look great in this outfit! Love your hair, too!
What a sweet sister Cath is, of course I am not surprised. And how sweet are you to feel better when you know she’s at your side. I heart twin relationships – they’re the best.
What a fabulous scarf and I love your sunnies. That second shot is my fave 🙂 Your hair looks perfect too!
wow, cool booties!

Hooray for sisters! Mine bring me back stuff whenever they travel too. And we pretty much share (ahem, steal) stuff from each other all the time.
